Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Analytics team in Las Rozas, Madrid. You will design and develop predictive models, work on data-driven digital products, and collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver impactful analytics in real estate contexts.

The role combines modelling, data engineering and applied analytics in a dynamic environment, with a hybrid working model and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or another related discipline with a strong statistical and mathematical foundation.
  • At least two years of proven experience working on analytical or data science projects.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python and/or R.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical methodologies, including multivariate statistics, networks, machine learning and related techniques.
  • Experience handling, processing and analysing large volumes of data.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • A Master's degree in Data Science or similar specialised training would be highly valued.
  • It would be a plus if you have experience with Cloud environments.
  • Distributed programming with Spark.
  • Spatial data and GIS tools, such as QGIS or Carto.
  • Non-relational databases.
  • Real estate data or a strong interest in the real estate sector.

  • Explore, transform and structure large volumes of complex and heterogeneous data to generate meaningful insights.
  • Design, train and continuously improve predictive models for internal initiatives and client-facing projects.
  • Create new variables and indicators by applying machine learning techniques to business and real estate challenges.
  • Optimise and evolve analytical pipelines and processes to improve efficiency, scalability and quality.
  • Identify, integrate and leverage new external data sources to enrich existing models and broaden their impact.

Data Scientist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join the Analytics team of a leading company specialising in real estate data and technology. Data analysis and the development of data-driven digital products are at the heart of the organisation. In this role, you will help design and develop predictive models and advanced analytical solutions using complex and heterogeneous data. You will work closely with both technical and business teams, contributing to innovative projects with a real impact on clients and the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to combine modelling, data engineering and applied analytics in a dynamic environment.

Location: Las Rozas, Madrid
