We are looking for a Data Scientist who is thrilling for designing and implementing advanced analytics and machine learning models that support a wide range of business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into data science solutions.
• Design and develop predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Build prototypes and production-ready pipelines, integrating with cloud services (preferably AWS).
• Apply rigorous experimentation and evaluation methodologies to ensure model performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the development of scalable, maintainable ML architectures with awareness of MLOps principles.
• Proficient in leveraging cutting-edge generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL
• E, and Midjourney) to streamline workflows, drive innovation, and deliver high-impact content solutions.
• Stay up to date on emerging tools, frameworks, and trends—especially in the field of generative AI—and bring that knowledge into projects.
• Document solutions and present findings in a clear, structured, and impactful manner to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
• Solid foundation in mathematics and statistics (e.g. probability, linear algebra, optimization).
• Proficiency with Python and common ML libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience in developing models in cloud environments (preferably AWS : SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g. CI / CD for ML, model monitoring).
• Exposure to generative AI tools or projects (e.g. LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
