As a Data Scientist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business optimization across various departments. You’ll build and maintain algorithms, machine learning models, forecasting tools, and data-driven experiments that directly enhance operations, strategy, and more.

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Degree in an analytical field – e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
• 1+ year of experience – in data mining, software development, statistics, or machine learning.
• Strong Python programming skills
• SQL knowledge for managing and querying data efficiently. Experience with SQL DB Systems (Postgres, MySQL, or SQL Server) is considered a plus.
• Software design & testing previous experience
• Creative & analytical thinking – needed to approach problems in innovative ways and deliver solutions.
• Clear communication skills – for collaborating with teams and explaining complex data insights.
• Fluent in Spanish & English

Will be highly valued:

• Master’s Degree in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or similar fields.
• Mathematical optimization experience – knowledge of metaheuristics, linear/integer programming, etc.
• Cloud platform knowledge – Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Big data – Familiarity with technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Hive, or Impala.
