About the Role

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to develop AI / ML models that enhance workplace automation, efficiency, and decision-making. You will play a key role in ensuring our AI solutions are accurate, explainable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop predictive models to analyze employee behavior and productivity.
2. Create data-driven strategies to improve digital workplace efficiency.
3. Fine-tune AI models for query understanding, summarization, and knowledge retrieval.
4. Analyze workplace data to identify trends and automation opportunities.
5. Ensure AI models are ethical, explainable, and aligned with real-world applications.

Requirements

1. Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
2. Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
3. Experience with NLP, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
4. Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a business-oriented mindset.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with digital workplace automation and HR analytics.
2. Knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
3. Understanding of AI ethics and explainability.
