About the Role

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to develop AI / ML models that enhance workplace automation, efficiency, and decision-making. You will play a key role in ensuring our AI solutions are accurate, explainable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to analyze employee behavior and productivity
• Create data-driven strategies to improve digital workplace efficiency
• Fine-tune AI models for query understanding, summarization, and knowledge retrieval
• Analyze workplace data to identify trends and automation opportunities
• Ensure AI models are ethical, explainable, and aligned with real-world applications

Requirements

• Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
• Experience with NLP, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving skills and a business-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital workplace automation and HR analytics
• Knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of AI ethics and explainability
