Cabify is seeking a Data Science Manager, Advanced and Product Analytics to lead a team of analysts while remaining hands-on. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to deliver high-impact insights and scalable analytics products.

The role combines strategy, stakeholder management, and mentorship with technical execution, using agile methods across multiple analytics problem spaces in the company.

Formación

• 5+ years in Analytics or Data Science with leadership experience
• 2+ years leading data teams or cross-functional initiatives
• Strong SQL and large-scale data warehouse experience
• Experience mentoring analysts and driving data culture
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Understand business needs and prioritize projects to deliver actionable insights
• Lead complex data initiatives and define data models and reporting frameworks
• Own analyses guiding business and product decisions and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
• Own dashboards and KPI strategy to drive decision-making and consistency
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers on product features from ideation to post-launch impact
• Develop robust, scalable SQL models and data pipelines
• Mentor Data Scientists and promote a data-driven culture
