Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Product Data Analytics Director to lead a team of four analysts focused on our core product. You’ll work with three VP/SVP-level product leaders to drive data-driven decisions that shape the product roadmap and performance.

You will join the Product Insights department, blending quantitative and qualitative insights to guide strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director, you’ll ensure alignment with company goals and fast, impact-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling and visualization tools (SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau).
• Ability to translate data insights to actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, eng and design.

Responsibilities

• Guide analytics strategy across product groups to prioritize analyses.
• Direct execution of complex data initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Lead four analysts and set clear OKRs and feedback.
• Develop training and empower product teams with advanced data tools.
• Collaborate with product research leaders and VPs to drive insights.
