Recently, ALG has expanded into data-driven digital solutions to connect business and technology, ensuring sustainable and efficient transport sector growth.

Our new digital team provides services such as digital strategy, analytical use case conceptualization, advanced analytics, cloud services, machine learning, and business intelligence solutions, all tailored to transportation and developed in collaboration with strategic and operational consultants. We develop data experts across all transport modes, with specialization in aviation, maritime, and land transport.

We are hiring

Recent graduates in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, and related fields eager to join our multidisciplinary Data & Intelligence teams. We also seek collaborative and resourceful consultants or senior consultants with data science or business intelligence experience.

Responsibilities

1. Propose data-driven solutions using machine learning, descriptive statistics, or algorithms.
2. Develop data models and apply mathematical, statistical, and programming techniques.
3. Create dashboards, BI solutions, and reports.
4. Ensure quality of deliverables by cleaning data and discarding irrelevant information.
5. Participate in client meetings, project conceptualization, technical delivery, and presentations.
6. Support the development of commercial offerings, digitalization, and analytics initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Graduates from top-tier universities in Aeronautical, Civil, Naval/Marine Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science. A Master’s degree is desirable.
• Experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence, depending on the profile level.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, Scala, C++, or Java, with eagerness to learn more.
• Relevant coursework or experience in Machine Learning/Data Science.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Proactive, team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).
• Availability to travel.
• Enthusiasm for data projects and the transport sector.
