Zusammenfassung

The Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS) invites applications for a Data Management role within the AI Institute. The selected candidate will contribute to building data catalogues and data services, implement automated procedures, and ensure data standards and security across BSC projects.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in data management, Linux environments, and Open Science practices, with fluency in English and good Spanish.

• Experience with designing and developing tools for data management.
• Knowledge of Open Science principles.
• Fluency in English and good Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to build up and maintain the BSC scientific data catalogues and data services and its governance tool.
• Design and implement automatic procedures for data validity, sharing, protection and security.
• Ensure data and information meet standards and interoperability.
• Adopt FAIR Data principles across projects.
• Collaborate with European and International level groups on data governance.
• Support and advise researchers on BSC data services.
• Train BSC personnel and users on Data Management topics.
