ALS Iberia Global Management, S.L. is looking for an Information Protection Specialist to own data classification, DSPM/DLP tooling, and access controls across on‑premises and cloud storage. You will guide secure migrations and implement DLP policies for email, endpoint, and cloud.

You will collaborate with IT and business units to balance security with daily operations, while producing clear guidance for employees on data handling and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and evolve data classification scheme
• Run and interpret DSPM scans to locate sensitive data
• Align classification outputs with DLP policy for consistent protection
• Design and tune DLP policies across email, endpoint, and cloud
• Review and tighten access controls over file shares and collaboration platforms
• Support encryption, tokenisation, and retention decisions for sensitive data stores
• Assist migrations from legacy storage to governed platforms (e.g. SharePoint/OneDrive)
• Assess cloud storage configurations against organisational policy
• Collaborate with DSPM/CASB/CSPM tooling for ongoing visibility
• Produce clear, non-technical guidance on data handling changes
• Partner with IT and business units to drive adoption of new data protection controls
