Grupo Oesía en Madrid busca un/a Compliance Specialist con DPD para un proyecto estable en modalidad híbrida. Se requiere grado en Derecho, posgrado en Derecho Tecnológico y al menos 5 años de experiencia, además de certificación DPO según ENAC.

Entre tus funciones estará analizar y revisar documentación de seguridad, implantar ENS y ISMS, realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y garantizar el cumplimiento de GDPR y LOPD. Se ofrece entorno multinacional y plan de desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• Graduado en Derecho.
• Postgrado en Derecho Tecnológico o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años.
• Certificación DPO (ENAC) requerida.

Responsabilidades

• Análisis, revisión y desarrollo de documentación, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
• Implementación del National Security Framework (ENS) y directrices STIC.
• Diseño e implementación de ISMS (Information Security Management Systems).
• Realización de evaluaciones de riesgos de sistemas de información conforme al ENS.
• Realización de evaluaciones de riesgo conforme a la normativa de protección de datos (LOPD, GDPR).
• Propuesta de soluciones y mejoras relacionadas con seguridad de la información y la privacidad.
• Gestión de riesgos con herramientas como PILAR.
• Conocimiento de metodologías MAGERIT, MOSLER, FINE.
• Gestión de continuidad del negocio.
• Conocimiento de protección de datos en el sector sanitario.

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist with DPD to join an important Project located in Madrid in Hybrid job modality.

What are we looking for?

• An/a Compliance Specialist with DPD, with at least years of experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law
• Postgraduate degree in Technology Law or related field
• Minimum experience: 5 years
• Certifications:
  Certified DPO (Data Protection Officer) according to ENAC scheme

What will your responsibilities be?

• Analysis, revision, and development of security documentation, policies, and procedures
• Implementation of the National Security Framework (ENS) and STIC guidelines
• Design and implementation of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
• Execution of information systems risk assessments in accordance with ENS
• Execution of risk assessments in compliance with data protection regulations (LOPD, GDPR, etc.)
• Proposal of solutions and improvements related to information security and privacy
• Risk analysis and management using tools such as PILAR
• Knowledge of methodologies such as MAGERIT, MOSLER, FINE
• Business continuity management systems
• Knowledge of data protection in the healthcare sector
