UST España & Latam is seeking a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join a major banking client. A high level of English is required. Location is 100% remote in Spain.

Responsibilities include monitoring DLP incidents, contributing to Insider Threat detection, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements. Collaboration with stakeholders to protect sensitive information is essential.

Formación

• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) including policy monitoring, incident response and analysis.
• Strong understanding of risk management practices and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage DLP incidents, supporting risk identification, analysis and mitigation.
• Contribute to Insider Threat detection and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with regulatory, legal and security requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to protect sensitive information and strengthen security controls.
• Track and report metrics related to DLP and Insider Threat effectiveness.
