Grupo Oesía is seeking a Data Protection & Privacy Specialist for a Madrid-based project in Hybrid work mode. The role requires GDPR expertise, DPIA experience, and English proficiency. You will review privacy contracts, develop policies, and drive privacy programs across initiatives.

The position offers a multinational, CSR-focused environment with ongoing training opportunities and a strong emphasis on data protection governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
• Experience with DPIAs, risk assessments, and privacy documentation.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Experience reviewing contracts and privacy-related documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Privacy certifications (DPO, CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar) are a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on GDPR compliance and privacy requirements.
• Maintain RoPA (Record of Processing Activities).
• Review contracts, privacy clauses, and data processing agreements.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments.
• Assess compliance of applications and projects.
• Develop privacy policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage security incidents and data breaches.
• Deliver privacy awareness and training programs.
