FERO is hiring a Technical Product Owner to run the delivery engine for the central Data Team, owning the backlog and execution for analytics, GTM enablement, and payments reconciliation. You will translate business requests into a prioritized, actionable pipeline and guide the team with sprint planning and prioritization.

You’ll coordinate across Data, Engineering, Finance, and GTM, manage dependencies, and protect the team’s focus against scope creep in a fast-moving startup environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years of delivery management, Scrum Master, or Product Owner experience in data/analytics.
• Strong SQL understanding to sanity-check outputs and converse with analysts.
• Proven experience running Scrum or Kanban for a technical team with healthy velocity/backlog.
• Ability to scope requests from multiple stakeholders into clear tickets and decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Data Team backlog and board across data infra, ML/conversion modelling, product analytics, GTM enablement, and payments reconciliation.
• Lead agile ceremonies and make day-to-day sequencing decisions.
• Write clear tickets with acceptance criteria and prioritise competing workstreams.
• Act as intake point for CEO/Head of Product/GTM/Finance and translate asks into scoped work.
• Coordinate dependencies between Data Team, Engineering, Finance, and GTM to prevent stalls.
• Protect the team from scope creep and unclear requirements.
