Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of data products that enable strategic decision-making and operational excellence across the organization
- Act as a subject matter expert in data products, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, CRM, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Define, document, and enforce standards for data product delivery, including documentation, latency, ownership, access control, CI/CD workflows, and data quality processes
- Maintain and prioritize a well-structured data product backlog that reflects business priorities and strategic objectives
- Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure the design and development of reliable, high-quality, and secure data pipelines and platforms
- Promote the adoption of data governance tools (e.g., data catalogs, lineage tracking, monitoring) to improve discoverability, trust, and compliance
- Lead efforts to train and onboard business users to effectively use data products, increasing internal adoption and value realization
- Support the resolution of Level 3 (L3) data incidents by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring root cause analysis
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and contribute to continuous improvement in tooling, architecture, and product strategy
- Foster a DevOps mindset within the data team, encouraging automation, scalability, and resilience in data product development
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data product management, data engineering, or analytics engineering
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, impactful data products in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures including data warehousing, data lakes, ELT/ETL pipelines, and cloud-native platforms (AWS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with real-time analytics and data streaming tools such as Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink, or Druid
- Knowledge of data governance best practices and how to embed them into data product delivery processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and prioritize complex backlogs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working within Agile environments; familiarity with SAFe principles is a plus
- Experience in the iGaming industry is highly preferred
- Professional-level English fluency (written and spoken)
