Client facing role, responsible for building a strong relationship with assigned clients based on excellent execution and a strong capacity to understand the client's business and digital environment.

Client Success Managers are expected to strategically grow accounts by building strong relationships and asking the right questions during weekly client meetings.

What we’d like you to do

  • Lead medium clients and manage large clients under the Director’s assistance and guidance, maintaining client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the referee between the client and Making Science, participating in customer growth by identifying cross and upsell opportunities, including active participation in pitches and new service proposals.
  • Be responsible for invoicing, media planning, Salesforce, and team management.
  • Forecast divisions, services, and skills growth.
  • Control internal tools and budget of each client, promoting compliance with the internal billing process in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for risks and monthly and quarterly business results.
  • Participate in clients' strategy definition.
  • Understand client’s business, sectors, and competitors, participating in conversations regarding digital transformation.
  • Propose current and new projects to enhance client relations with Making Science.
  • Collaborate with other parts of the organization to improve service levels and methodologies.

What we’d like you to bring

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management or Account Management in Digital / Media.
  • Experience in managing work teams focused on the digital marketing sector (SEO, performance, front, data) and / or associated technologies (eCommerce, etc.).
  • A 360 vision in digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Google Marketing Platform, Amazon, and Facebook.
  • High level of English, both oral and written.
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment.
  • Ability to manage relationships and expectations with clients.
  • Highly organized with effective communication skills for client meetings.
  • Strong understanding of services provided by Making Science and their impact on client’s business.
  • Provide clear visibility of account status and seek opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Act as the internal client / project lead, providing direction for the team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction and on-time, on-budget completion of services.
  • Coordinate status calls with clients and prepare necessary materials.
  • Document functional requirements for streamlined implementation.
