Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Data Product Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end data products across pricing, parts, and commercial analytics within CST. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable, production‑ready data solutions, built on modern lakehouse architectures.

This role requires 5+ years in product management and data engineering, plus hands-on experience with Agile delivery and ERP/SAP data sources.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/Engineering.
• 5+ years in Product Management with roadmaps.
• 3+ years in data analytics/engineering.
• Experience with ERP/SAP data sources is a plus.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the USA.

Mansioni

• Partner with CST teams to shape delivery plans and adoption strategies.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to define data product requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specs, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders for value realization.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of data products enabling pricing and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional teams in Agile execution.
• Ensure data products follow medallion architecture for scalability.
• Oversee data pipelines and lakehouse architectures.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across products.
• Integrate CRM, ERP/SAP, pricing systems, and external data.
