Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a seasoned Change Management leader to drive enterprise change across a unified Data & AI platform. You will partner with executives to align priorities, develop adoption playbooks, and oversee stakeholder readiness across regions and functions.

The role demands strong communication, governance, and cross-functional leadership to realize business value through technology transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or Information Technology.
7+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Communications, Digital Adoption, or Program Leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise change management strategy, governance framework, and adoption roadmap for Carrier's unified Data & AI platform.
Build and execute an organizational change program spanning business functions, regions, and technology teams.
Establish adoption frameworks that drive long-term behavioral change and platform utilization.
Develop and maintain stakeholder impact assessments, readiness plans, risk mitigation strategies, and adoption playbooks.
Create sustainable mechanisms to reinforce change, drive accountability, and maximize value realization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness.
