IQVIA seeks a Change Management and Analytics Lead to drive the organization-wide deployment of a new CPQ pricing/quoting system. You will manage stakeholder engagement, streamline deployment, and deliver analytics-based insights to optimize pricing performance across global offerings.

You will coordinate with enterprise finance, GTM teams, and pricing advisors to ensure adoption, successful go-live, and continuous improvement through data-driven dashboards and AI-enabled insights.

Formación

• Proven experience in Program Operations, stakeholder management, large-scale change management projects, systems deployment, and business analytics (data management)
• Knowledge of price development, deal structures, and/or commercial operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional business setting
• Ability to present data to management in a concise and simplified manner
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot or ChatGPT) and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) to drive processes automation
• Knowledge of or able to transition from a descriptive reporting capability to a prescriptive analytics capability
• Trained in Lean practices (nice to have)
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities in highly ambiguous environments
• Willing to “fail fast” and learn from mistakes while celebrating our successes
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities, projects, and tasks
• Organized and detail-oriented in how you manage work and present deliverables
• Ability to apply project management techniques to maintain accountability for self and monitor accountability for others’ contributions to your work
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written is a must

Responsabilidades

• Lead Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement during deployment of the new CPQ system
• Spearhead transition of IQVIA offerings from decentralized to centralized pricing
• Develop and execute adoption strategies, meetings, messages, and go-live follow-ups
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies to streamline deployment activities
• Monitor and report progress, provide actionable feedback to accelerate adoption
• Track pricing performance and propose improvements in reporting and data collection
• Coordinate with management to design a performance monitoring program
• Develop dashboards with centralized reporting teams for price performance
• Capture baseline requirements and integrate stakeholder feedback into improvements
• Propose benchmarks for pricing effectiveness and enable alert systems
• Assist in designing AI capabilities to guide CPQ pricing actions
• Identify defects and coordinate fixes with technical teams
• Collect and incorporate enhancement proposals via reactive and proactive channels
• Conduct internal testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders
