IAG Engine Tech is seeking a Data & Processes Specialist to govern business process management and data governance across the organization. You will define process frameworks, coordinate process owners, and ensure alignment of operational, digital and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities include leading data governance efforts, ensuring KPI consistency, and collaborating with Quality & Compliance to meet aerospace MRO standards (AESA, FAA, EASA). English proficiency at C1 is desired.

Formación

• University Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred background in Engineering, Data Analytics or Information Systems.
• English spoken and written at C1 level desired.
• 4-5 years of experience in process management, data governance, business transformation or related roles.

Support the governance and continuous improvement of business processes and data frameworks across the organization.

Owner of the process framework will coordinate with process owners the maintenance and publication of new process and process changes. Additionally, he/she will coordinate with Quality & Compliance the link and coherence between operational processes and regulatory compliance.

Ensure processes, data flows and reporting structures are aligned, scalable and consistently applied across operational and digital initiatives.

Act as the interface between business teams & Data to ensure process and data consistency across operations.

Key milestones & challenge

The Data & Processes Specialist will support the implementation of Business Process Management standards and data governance practices across the organization.

This role will help define process frameworks, governance standards and data consistency principles to ensure scalability, reporting coherence and operational visibility.

The role will coordinate data-related projects with Data technical teams, ensuring alignment between business requirements, data models and reporting structures.

The Data & Processes Specialist will ensure digital and reporting solutions follow common governance standards, maintain end-to-end data consistency and support reliable KPI calculations.

The role will also work with Quality and Compliance teams to align operational, digital and regulatory process frameworks supporting MRO certification requirements (AESA, FAA, EASA).

Accountabilities

Business Process Management:

• Definition and maintenance of business process frameworks and standards.
• Governance of process documentation and publication
• Coordination of process owner in the process documentation
• Ensure alignment between operational, digital and regulatory processes.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Data Governance & Reporting:

• Support data governance practices and reporting consistency.
• Ensure coherence and consistency of business data across systems and projects.
• Ensure KPI calculations are supported by reliable and consistent data structures.
• Promote scalable and standardized data models and reporting solutions.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate data-related projects with Data and technical teams.
• Ensure projects comply with defined process and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams on process governance and documentation standards.
• Monitor impacts of system or process changes on data consistency and reporting integrity

Qualifications

• Education: University Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred background in Engineering, Data Analytics or Information Systems.
• Other: English spoken and written C1 level desired.
