ZF Group in Barcelona is reinforcing its Product Data Governance & Excellence team to establish and maintain governance across ERP, PLM, Golden Record, and related systems, ensuring product data quality, consistency, and compliance while enabling digital transformation.

The Product Data AI & Automation Expert will drive continuous improvement by automating manual tasks, applying AI/ML to data quality, and delivering scalable automation using Python, Power Automate, UiPath, and Databricks in

Formación

• 3-5 years of automation design and implementation using Python, Power Automate, UiPath or similar tools.
• 2+ years applying AI/ML techniques to data quality, MDM or related domains.
• Experience with data transformation, harmonization, cleansing and migration in enterprise environments.
• Cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Azure Synapse; strong SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of PDM/MDM and data governance principles.
• Experience building reporting and monitoring with Power BI; strong communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ERP, PLM, Golden Record or similar enterprise data ecosystems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across product data governance and data quality processes.
• Design, build and deploy automation solutions using AI, Python, Power Automate, UiPath and related tools.
• Develop AI-enabled data transformation, harmonization, cleansing, matching and enrichment solutions.
• Support ERP, PLM and migration initiatives through AI-assisted data standardization and validation.
• Apply AI/ML to data quality monitoring, anomaly detection and governance controls.
• Automate cross-system comparisons, data validation and monitoring to improve efficiency.
• Build dashboards and KPIs (Power BI) to increase visibility and measurability.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to embed automation while maintaining governance standards.
• Document, standardize and hand over solutions to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Stay updated on AI, automation and data management tech and recommend value-adding-adoption.

What you can look forward to as Product Data AI & Automation Expert

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across Product Data Governance, Golden Record, and data quality processes.
• Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using AI, Python, Power Automate, UiPath, Databricks, and related technologies to streamline repetitive data management activities.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions for data transformation, harmonization, cleansing, matching, classification, and enrichment across master and product data domains.
• Support ERP, PLM, Golden Record, and other transformation and migration initiatives through AI-assisted data standardization, validation, consolidation, and migration readiness activities.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, completeness scoring, pattern mining, and governance controls within the Critical Attribute Framework.
• Automate cross-system comparisons, data validation, and monitoring activities to improve governance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and monitoring solutions (e.g., Power BI) to increase visibility, transparency, and measurability of product data processes.
• Partner with business and IT teams to embed automation capabilities while maintaining governance standards, controls, and ownership models.
• Document, standardize, and hand over automated solutions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and avoidance of single-point-of-failure risks.
• Monitor emerging AI, automation, and data management technologies and recommend adoption where they create measurable business value.

Your Profile as Product Data AI & Automation Expert

• 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, UiPath, or comparable technologies.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience applying AI/ML techniques to data quality, master data management, matching, classification, anomaly detection, or related domains.
• Experience with data transformation, harmonization, cleansing, and migration activities in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or similar, as well as strong SQL skills.
• Good understanding of Product Data Management (PDM), Master Data Management (MDM), and data governance principles.
• Experience developing reporting and monitoring solutions using Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP, PLM, Golden Record, or similar enterprise data ecosystems is considered a strong advantage.
• Automotive, aftermarket, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
