An established industry player is seeking a Data Privacy Manager to oversee privacy frameworks in Spain and Portugal. Formación

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the Group’s privacy framework in the region (Spain & Portugal).
  2. Keep processing activities records up to date.
  3. Assess potential and current vendors acting as processors of AmRest.
  4. Ensure privacy by default and by design are followed by project managers, with regular reviews.
  5. Respond to privacy requests from regulatory bodies and data subjects.
  6. Manage personal data breaches and assist affected units and data subjects.
  7. Review internal policies, standards, procedures, and documentation related to data protection.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure GDPR compliance.
  9. Support international projects as needed.
  10. Educate staff members on privacy requirements.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing privacy in a corporate international environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize conflicting demands.
  • Knowledge of OneTrust modules and Information Security is a plus.
