Gate Gourmet is seeking a Manager, Data Engineering to lead the design and operation of scalable data platforms in a modern cloud environment. You will oversee ELT/ETL pipelines and mentor a team of data engineers to deliver trusted data for analytics and machine learning.

Formación

• 8–12 years of experience in data engineering, data platform development, or related roles.
• 3–5 years of experience managing or leading data engineering teams.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines.
• Experience working in large or global enterprise environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and evolution of the enterprise data platform architecture supporting analytics, reporting, and ML initiatives.
• Oversee the development and operation of ELT/ETL pipelines ingesting data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Mentor a team of data engineers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.
• Collaborate with data governance, IT, and business teams to enable advanced analytics and data-driven decisions.
