Santander Auto Software is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Data & Platform engineering, guiding two world‑class teams totaling around 15 engineers across Europe.

You will shape the technical roadmap, mentor leaders, and partner with PMs to deliver scalable software powering international customers. This role is remote, European-wide, with strong emphasis on ownership, collaboration, and engineering excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Equivalent work experience accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop 2 engineering teams totaling ~15 engineers across Europe.
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for data & platform products.
• Partner with product managers to translate business goals into scalable software.
• Ensure high quality, timely delivery and robust engineering practices.
• Mentor engineers, support career growth, and manage performance.
• Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and tech peers to align with Santander standards.
