Santander Auto Software is building a brand-new global software platform across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Data & Platform engineering teams and drive the development of high-impact software solutions for thousands of international customers.

You will manage a world-class team, work with product managers and tech peers, and foster growth and excellence in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience leading agile/lean software delivery teams.
• Experience with modern software tech stack and cloud infra.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a world-class team of Engineers across Data & Platforms to define, drive and execute the business vision.
• Develop and evolve engineering practices and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leaders to design scalable software solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and high quality of software through best practices.
