Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks an experienced People Manager to lead one of our Data Operations teams for Veeva Link. You will guide a team of 5 Veevans and hundreds of curators, driving data quality and operational excellence across cross-functional product teams in Life Sciences.

You will be hands-on, shape operations via data-driven decisions, and partner with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science to deliver high-impact data solutions. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Extensive people leadership experience (5+ years).
• Proven track record in process improvements.
• Confident spreadsheet user (pivot tables, nested formulas).
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, conceptualize, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure your teams curate high-quality data.
• Guide Data Analysts in assessing the data quality.
• Manage a high-performing team.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders from different functions in Link.
• Be hands-on in analyzing your team’s performance.
• Execute change with speed.
