Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for a Data Operations group that manages a remote team of 50+ freelancers performing rule-based web research. You will design business processes and drive improvements to efficiency and quality.

As a first-line manager, you will own KPIs, remove barriers for your team, and collaborate with engineering on process automation while thriving in an international, flexible, remote-working culture.

The Role

Veeva Link’s vision is to build connected data applications that improve research and patient outcomes.

As a Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who do rule-based web research. You will design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements.

You plan and control these business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for your team members. Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. As a first-line manager and servant leader, you deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping your team engaged.

To thrive in your role, you are highly motivated to lead and have a “can do” attitude. You are results-oriented, analytical, organized, and socially skilled. You communicate effectively with managers, analysts, and researchers.

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong interest in people management, a process-oriented mindset, and an excellent work ethic. Compensation

• Total compensation: 45,000 - 60,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position’s total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
