As an Operations Executive , you’ll be at the heart of our data strategy. You'll design, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to uncover trends, optimize operations, and inform strategic decisions.

What’s your Mission?

• Reporting Maestro : Own and coordinate all campaign reporting. Ensure processes are updated and easily accessible.
• Process Guru : Implement and follow agreed-upon processes for new and existing accounts.
• Data Whiz : Deliver timely, accurate, and detailed reports to clients and internal teams.
• Business Analyst : Create monthly or quarterly business reviews to identify trends and opportunities.
• Problem Solver : Propose innovative solutions to optimize operations and meet client and company goals.
• Communication Champion : Keep stakeholders informed about campaign progress and potential impacts.
• Client Liaison : Build strong relationships with clients and address their needs.
• Policy Adherent : Strictly follow all company policies and procedures.
• Team Player : Collaborate with the team and take on additional tasks as needed.
• Insightful Analyst : Provide valuable insights to drive business decisions and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Language Skills : Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Your Benefits Package

• Start Date : October / November 2025
• Work Schedule : Monday to Friday from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm
• Salary : From €25,000 gross per year (based on experience).
• Holidays : 24 calendar holidays per year / 2 accrued days per month
