As an Operations Executive , you’ll be at the heart of our data strategy. You'll design, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to uncover trends, optimize operations, and inform strategic decisions.
What’s your Mission?
- Reporting Maestro : Own and coordinate all campaign reporting. Ensure processes are updated and easily accessible.
- Process Guru : Implement and follow agreed-upon processes for new and existing accounts.
- Data Whiz : Deliver timely, accurate, and detailed reports to clients and internal teams.
- Business Analyst : Create monthly or quarterly business reviews to identify trends and opportunities.
- Problem Solver : Propose innovative solutions to optimize operations and meet client and company goals.
- Communication Champion : Keep stakeholders informed about campaign progress and potential impacts.
- Client Liaison : Build strong relationships with clients and address their needs.
- Policy Adherent : Strictly follow all company policies and procedures.
- Team Player : Collaborate with the team and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Insightful Analyst : Provide valuable insights to drive business decisions and improve customer experience.
Requirements

Your Benefits Package

- Work Schedule : Monday to Friday from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm
- Salary : From €25,000 gross per year (based on experience).
- Holidays : 24 calendar holidays per year / 2 accrued days per month
