At AXA Partners, we are on an exciting journey to make data more relevant in strategic decision-making. We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to actively contribute to our data strategy.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering reliable and insightful data assets.

Developing and maintaining advanced analytical systems : designing, testing, and delivering data assets that support decision-making.

Ensuring data quality and sustainability by implementing quality routines and collaborating with experts to improve our data platform.

Promoting analytics adoption within your team and organization by participating in data projects and supporting best practices.

Sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration within the Data Analysts community.

Master's degree in Business Intelligence or Big Data specialization.

Experience : 3-5 years in a production BI environment, with data warehousing / analytics project experience in multicultural organizations.

Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SQL, SSAS, DAX) and dimensional modeling best practices.

Understanding of software development processes (git, ci / cd) and knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.

Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (Kimball methodology, star schema, data warehousing, datamarts, cubes, KPIs).

Fluent in English; French is a plus.
