Job Responsibilities

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) engineer will lead RPA process initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to design and implement automation solutions using RPA technologies to optimize workflows. The senior automation engineer will identify process efficiencies through process mining, documentation, development, and testing of RPA solutions. The team will support business and IT by automating repetitive manual tasks.

This vacancy is open for candidates in Europe, the UK, or India.

Key Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate experience in systems design, development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, workflows, and processes for automation.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
• Establish and ensure standards for source code management, deployment, monitoring, and reporting of automation solutions.
• Create technical and user documentation.
• Apply excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Produce technical design and process flow documentation for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to performance evaluations.

Skills and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-7 years of overall technology experience, with 3-5 years in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, .NET.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of business or insurance operations is a plus.
