About the role

We are looking for someone with experience in clinical trials, data management, and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing, organizing, transforming, and maintaining databases related to clinical trials and the hospitals conducting them. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with partner hospitals in Spain and internationally, as well as contributing to other ongoing clinical trial projects.

Responsibilities :

• Clinical Trial Monitoring: Track the status of clinical trials using public records, databases from partner hospitals, and information from clients and collaborators.
• Data Integration & Automation: Support the continuous optimization of processes for matching external and internal databases. Actively participate in AI-driven automation projects for data integration and quality checks.
• Data Curation: Organize and format unstructured data from various sources related to clinical trials.
• Quality Control: Conduct ongoing reviews, quality checks, and consistency analysis of our databases.
• Referral Management: Follow up on user referral requests to ensure seamless, end-to-end information flow.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain active communication with users, partner hospitals, and collaborators.
• User Validation: User validation on the platform by verifying the credibility of submitted credentials and tracking each case.
• Data Collaboration: Work closely with the data team to coordinate and optimize the collection and analysis of clinical trial data.
• Medical Team Support: Assist the medical team in understanding, updating, and publishing clinical trial information.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the product team to develop internal tools and manage ongoing projects with clients and partners.

About you

We are seeking a motivated team player with a solid understanding of clinical trials.

Requirements

• Certified training in clinical trials, healthcare, or research.
• Proven experience in hospital settings (clinical and/or research), specifically related to clinical trials or research projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with hands-on experience managing databases.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new digital tools and technologies.
• Start-up mindset: adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating new challenges and rapid changes.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and drive communication with partners and lead emerging projects.
• Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and represent Trialing at conferences and events in both Spanish and English.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Experience and proficiency with collaborative tools like Notion.
• Previous experience as a study coordinator.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
