An international dermocosmetic company is looking for a Data Management Technician to enhance customer experience by effectively managing the order-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in customer care. A fluency in English and Spanish is required, with German being beneficial. What will your challenges be?

Design and implement their corporate back-office order-to-cash processes to achieve customer experience objectives at minimum cost (product master data, ATP, order entry), aligned with all departments. Manage Germany's ATP (order) process, coordinating with Marketing DE, BITs, and warehouses (external providers SK, D&O).
