Location : Valencia, Spain

Employment Type : Part-time (24 hours / week), transitioning to full-time as the business grows

About Young Coffee

Young Coffee is an exciting new venture within YOUNG, and we are at the very beginning of building something extraordinary. We have acquired our first flagship location in Valencia, where we will build a proven concept before scaling further. Our goal is to scale to 30 locations through direct leases, acquisitions, or by taking over small coffee chains. We are also exploring a new concept with less staff, more self-service, and a host per location.

About the Role

As Manager of Young Coffee, you will play a key role in building the foundations of this business, working closely with the YOUNG Holding team to bring this vision to life. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, perfect for someone who is eager to take ownership, drive growth, and potentially become a future co-founder of the business. You will also be deeply involved in the day-to-day setup and execution, standing with your feet in the clay to make things happen. We start with a standard salary, and as we grow, there will be opportunities for profit-sharing or equity participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and due diligence to ensure strategic decision-making.
• Assist in developing the business strategy, defining positioning, and setting long-term goals.
• Help build Young Coffee's digital presence: website, social media, branding.
• Collaborate with the YOUNG Holding team to develop and refine business operations.
• Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and partnerships.
• Be involved in the setup and launch of the first coffee shop and roastery in Valencia.
