Iberia market unit – working for our top clients, developing their data and AI strategy, bringing new offerings and opportunities to grow our applied intelligence business.

What responsibilities will you have?

Data & AI managers will combine team management, technical oversight, and leading commercial proposals.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s or MBA degree
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Minimum of 6 years working in Data & AI or related business transformation
• Minimum of 6 years in strategy or management consulting

Soft Skills

• Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strategic thinking, proactivity, and curiosity

Strategic Skills

• Ability to understand new digital challenges, industrial & business context, and develop strategic solutions regarding Data & AI, including Generative AI
• Support data scientists in transforming analytical outcomes into business insights

Technical Skills

• Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI
• Programming Skills: Strong in languages such as Python, capable of coding, optimizing, and troubleshooting for data analysis and model development
• AI Model Deployment & MLOps: Experience deploying models into production and integrating them into business processes
• Data Ethics: Understanding of ethical considerations and regulatory compliance in handling sensitive data
