Your role:

What responsibilities will you have?

The Data & AI consultant will combine delivery team leadership and delivery execution, actively participating in commercial proposals.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s or MBA degree
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Minimum of 3 years working in Data & AI or related business transformation
• Minimum of 3 years in strategy or management consulting

Soft Skills

• Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strategic thinking, proactivity, and curiosity

Strategic Skills

• Ability to understand digital challenges, industrial & business context, and develop strategic Data & AI solutions, including Generative AI

Technical Skills

• Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI
• Programming Proficiency: strong skills in Python for data analysis and model development
• AI Model Deployment and Integration (MLOps): experience deploying models into production environments and integrating into business processes
• Data Ethics: understanding of ethical considerations and regulatory compliance in handling sensitive data
