Your role :

What responsibilities will you have?

The Data & AI consultant will lead delivery teams and execute projects, actively participating in commercial proposals.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s or MBA degree
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Minimum of 3 years working in Data & AI or related business transformation
• Minimum of 3 years in strategy or management consulting

Soft Skills

• Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strategic Thinking, Proactivity, and Curiosity

Strategic Skills :

• Ability to understand digital challenges, industrial & business context, and develop strategic Data & AI solutions, including Generative AI
• Experience transforming analytical outcomes into business insights as a data scientist

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in advanced Data Analytics Techniques : machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI
• Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and modeling
• Experience deploying models into production environments (MLOps) and integrating into business processes
• Understanding of data ethics and regulatory compliance
