This role demands excellent communication and presentation skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing various data governance initiatives.The candidate must be capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that data governance practices are not only followed but continuously improved.• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Governance.• Strong understanding of data complexity and change management• Excellent communication and presentation skillsWhat you'll do:As a Data Governance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's data governance strategy.You will lead the development and implementation of data governance policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data management practices.Your ability to create detailed reports and presentations will be crucial in communicating strategies to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to resolve data quality issues, maintaining documentation related to standards, leading meetings and workshops, and driving change management initiatives.

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective data management practices.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate data governance strategies.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for new team members.
• Work closely with data stewards, business units, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve data quality issues.
• Maintain and continuously improve documentation related to data governance standards.
• Organize and lead data governance meetings, discussions, and workshops.
• Drive change management initiatives within data governance.
