Formación

• 7+ years of experience in data governance or management.

We're Hiring: Data Governance Lead (Informatica) – Barcelona

Location: Barcelona

Type: Full-time / Contract

Language: English (Spanish a plus)

Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data governance and Informatica? We are looking for a high-level Data Governance Consultant to lead projects involving Informatica / Entity 360—a core platform driving product lifecycle workflows for our client.

This role is not focused on data stewardship. We need someone who can operate at the strategic level: defining governance processes, setting KPIs, and driving adoption across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

1. Lead the design and rollout of enterprise data governance strategies
2. Define and implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and policies
3. Manage end-to-end projects using Informatica (Entity 360)
4. Align governance efforts with product lifecycle workflows
5. Partner with business & technical teams to ensure success
6. Be the go-to expert for best practices in governance & data quality

What You'll Bring

1. 7+ years in data governance or data management
2. Hands-on experience with Informatica (especially Entity 360)
3. Ability to define governance strategies—not just manage data
4. Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
5. Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
6. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
