A fast-growing e-commerce company in Valencia is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to enhance product categories and optimize customer experience. You will work closely with various teams to ensure effective onboarding of new products and integration of suppliers. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and advanced Excel skills. Overview

Day in the life. Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of e-commerce and help us build Europe’s largest online platform for printed products? As our Data Entry Specialist within the Category Management team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring businesses can find and order customizable printed products effortlessly, from promotional print and clothing to packaging and signage.

Responsibilities

• Expand Product Categories: Onboard new products and categories based on customer needs, ensuring our catalog stays diverse and dynamic.
• Optimize Customer Experience: Collaborate with our eCommerce team to make products easy to find, select, and order.
• Supplier Integration: Work with our Data team to bring new suppliers on board, extending our reach across categories and countries.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
• You’re available for at least 6 months with the possibility for extension to fully immerse yourself in the role
• Advanced Excel knowledge and skills, helping you excel in data-driven tasks.
• You get things done. You love to get things live and see the visual effect of your work.
• You are able to work with systems and tools and easily find your way around them.
• You are detail oriented and want to create structure in everything that you do.
