Ascentia Partners is seeking a GCP Data Engineering Manager for a remote B2B position focused on leading a data engineering team within the iGaming & Betting industry. The ideal candidate should have experience with cloud environments, team leadership, and proficiency in Python and SQL. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with access to top technologies, fostering growth and development.

Formación

GCP Data Engineering Manager - REMOTE (EU) B2B - GCP stack

Ascentia Partners are teaming up with one of the longest running iGaming & Betting providers on the European market, to grow their data engineering and analytics teams.

We are looking for a Head up their Data Engineering team, who has worked in iGaming & Betting or a digitally focused industry and has experience as both a hands on engineer and managing / leading a team.

So what is key for this role?

• Proficient in Python & SQL
• Experience working in a cloud environment, ideally GCP
• Experience mentoring or managing other data or software engineers
• Ability to build and maintain a data warehouse including ETL pipelines
• Knowledge of data governance
• Work in collaboration with Data Analytics, Data Science and Software teams
• Experience working on cloud architecture design and development using Terraform, Jenkins and Kubernetes / Docker or equivalent
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
