MIGx is seeking a Data Engineering Team Lead to guide a growing team working on life sciences data platforms. You will set data architecture standards, drive DataOps, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape new use cases.

The role blends hands-on technical leadership across Databricks, PySpark, SQL on cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) with people management, performance reviews, and career development. Spanish/Catalan language skills are a plus; hybrid work and career opportunities.

• End-to-end ownership of enterprise-scale data solutions including architecture, design, deployment and handover.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, provide technical guidance, and support the career development of your direct reports.
• Act as the first point of escalation for technical challenges and unblock the team when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including data architects, clinical SMEs, and business stakeholders.
