MIGx is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead to guide a Data and AI Engineering team. You will lead a player-coach approach, mentoring full-stack and backend engineers while staying hands-on with Python backends and React/TypeScript frontends.

You will own features end-to-end, drive architectural decisions, ensure code quality and CI/CD, and engage with clients to translate needs into technical solutions in the life sciences sector.
