Lighthouse Intelligence seeks a Data Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering end-to-end data domains within a high-scale ingestion and transformation engine. You will unify hospitality data into a semantic layer and guide architecture, pipelines, and AI-first initiatives.

You’ll balance hands-on data engineering with people leadership to create real-world impact for hotels worldwide and collaborate with cross-functional teams shaping data products and platform intelligence.

Formación

• Must have hands-on data engineering experience and leadership in teams.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines.
• Interest or experience with AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted coding tools.

Responsabilidades

• Experience leading engineering teams with coaching and growth focus.
• Strong hands-on background in data engineering, ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to manage large architectural projects.
• Interest or experience with AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted coding tools.
• Ability to optimize architectures, tooling, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional proficiency in Python for large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of data cloud tech, streaming systems (GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka), and cloud databases (BigQuery, Spanner, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management
