Lighthouse is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead a team that owns end-to-end data domains within a large-scale ingestion and transformation engine. You will unify hospitality data into a semantic layer and build complex pipelines powering products used by hotels worldwide.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture and AI-first initiatives, and collaborate with product and business teams to deliver scalable data products.

Formación

• Proven track record leading data engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, batch and streaming data.
• Strong Python and cloud data tech stack.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders in English.
• Experience with AI-enabled data practices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers across data domains.
• Own end-to-end data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Drive AI-first, data quality, observability, and scalability initiatives.
