Una empresa innovadora busca un perfil híbrido entre Data Engineer y Software Engineer en Gerona. La persona seleccionada será parte de un equipo multidisciplinario, encargándose de diseñar y mantener sistemas backend, implementando soluciones de inteligencia artificial y análisis de datos. Se requiere experiencia previa en desarrollo de software y habilidades en Python y APIs. Se valorará la experiencia en plataformas de nube como Azure y entornos de contenedores. Se ofrece un entorno dinámico con un impacto inmediato en proyectos de comercio electrónico.

Formación

• Experiencia sólida en desarrollo de software, idealmente en plataformas de datos.
• Conocimiento sólido de Python, incluyendo construcción y consumo de APIs.
• Experiencia en entornos de contenedores (Kubernetes).

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, construir y mantener sistemas backend.
• Implementar soluciones impulsadas por IA, BI y datos/API.
• Desplegar soluciones listas para producción en entornos nativos de la nube.

Are you passionate about building data-driven systems with real business impact?

We are looking for a hybrid profile between a Data Engineer and a Software Engineer — someone who feels at home working with Python, building and consuming APIs, and deploying production-ready solutions in cloud-native environments.

? Your Mission

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary tech team focused on implementing AI, BI, and data/API-driven solutions that power critical e-commerce use cases — from personalization engines to real-time insights and platform intelligence.

This role is hands-on and engineering-heavy: we’re looking for someone who can design, build, and maintain backend systems as much as process and move data at scale.

• Languages: Python (advanced), SQL
• APIs: RESTful APIs, FastAPI/Flask
• Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP experience also valued
• Monitoring/Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack

? What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in software development, ideally with a background in data platforms
• Solid knowledge of Python, including building and consuming APIs
• Experience deploying services in containerized environments (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile workflows
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions
• Team player with a product mindset and strong communication skills
