Act as the primary point of contact for daily interactions with customer representatives.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.

Identify and develop opportunities for technical and economic optimization or post-market potentials.

Serve as the key interface between the customer and internal service units.

Document and describe services, conduct reviews, and provide detailed reporting.

Oversee and shape complaint handling and management processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Ensure the profitability of assigned maintenance contracts.

Monitor and manage the sales and margin performance of the relevant maintenance contracts.

Your Profile

Strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset.

Over 5 years of experience in a senior service delivery management role.

Advanced knowledge of ITIL and service management, preferably supported by relevant certifications.

Familiarity with IT applications and / or traffic management principles.

Highly organized, self-driven, with excellent communication skills.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal proficiency.
