Job Description :

Position Overview : The Logistics Purchasing Manager will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, manage contracts with service providers, and lead a team of four. This role requires a self-starter with a passion for logistics, strong leadership skills, and the drive to go above and beyond to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize end-to-end logistics purchasing operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor and analyze logistics supplier performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and procurement, with a strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
