• Liderar el diseño y la implementación de un sistema de IA multiagente.
• Colaborar con equipos de producto y ingeniería.
• Documentar diseños técnicos y apoyar la integración de nuevos contribuyentes de IA.

¿Qué buscamos?:


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the design and implementation of a multi-agent AI system for automated resolution of enterprise support tickets.
• Develop agent components for:
o Querying incident catalogs.
o Retrieving knowledge base entries using RAG pipelines.
o Interacting with external APIs (e.g., ticketing systems) to manage ticket lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines on Azure Databricks to support agent reasoning and decision-making.
• Implement vector search over structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop reusable agent behaviors (e.g., memory, tool invocation, role-based actions).
• Ensure seamless integration with internal systems, APIs, and external platforms.
• Conduct unit, integration, and functional testing of AI components.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and experiment tracking using tools like MLflow or Azure ML.
• Document technical designs and support onboarding of new AI contributors.

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI systems, ideally with multi-agent or modular conversational architectures.
• Strong hands-on skills with Databricks on Azure, including Spark-based data processing and ML pipelines.
• Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval strategies.
• Experience integrating AI systems with external APIs and enterprise platforms (e.g., incident/ticketing tools).
• Proficiency in Python and LLM orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows for ML components and model evaluation practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in agile teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
• Background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, or related fields.
