Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a talented Data Engineer to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company. Join a newly formed Product Team to scale and globally rollout our Customer Data Platform (CDP), a key solution for Marketing Automation in Human Pharma and Animal Health units. As a Data Engineer, you will be crucial in both Development and Operations of the CDP platform, ensuring high-quality deliverables and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to maintain platform stability and compliance. Your work will directly impact platform enhancements based on business needs.

What You'll Do?

1. Manage and organize data, building and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues proactively.
3. Influence scope and requirements, championing innovative process changes and technology solutions.

Skills / Experience

• Strong SQL skills, including analytical functions.
• Experience with Python scripting, Pandas, and Dig Dag scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in incident management and test automation within data platforms.
• Knowledge of Treasure Data CDP platform is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of IT and business experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of Data Engineering experience in big data solutions.
